Lissys Gift Box Shipping Policy

At Lissys, we understand the excitement of sending and receiving the perfect gift! We aim to make our shipping process as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures.

Delivery Target:

• We strive to offer overnight delivery for most orders within New Zealand.
• Please note that Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. Orders placed on Friday may not arrive until the following Monday.

Rural Deliveries:

• Please be aware that deliveries to rural addresses may take an additional 2-3 business days beyond our standard overnight target. This is due to the logistics of reaching these locations and is outside of Lissys’ direct control. We appreciate your understanding in these situations.

Order Processing Time:

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (New Zealand Time) may not be picked up by our courier on the same day. These orders will be processed and dispatched on the next business day, potentially affecting the overnight delivery timeframe.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location:

• South Island:
  • Urban Addresses: $9.95
  • Rural Addresses: $14.95
• North Island:
  • Urban Addresses: $11.95
  • Rural Addresses: $16.95
• Invercargill City Boundary: FREE

Important Notes:

• The delivery timeframe begins once your order has been processed and dispatched from our location.
• While we make every effort to meet our overnight delivery target, unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays or weather events can occasionally impact delivery times.
• We currently only ship within New Zealand.
• You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
